My mind is a mirror museum
A labyrinth to be lost in •

I cannot advocate for deep breathing enough. Those in anger management therapy are taught to deep breath when they feel the anger bubbling up. It will calm all anxiety. Deep breathing is the only thing which clears my mind when I get obsessive intrusive thoughts.
Everything begins with the breath. Not only does it provide life, it also provides great mental health. Deep breathing is everything.

Try this when you feel overwhelmed - as we all will sometimes. Deep breathe and bring yourself back to Earth. •
